So you placed an order on the Peecho checkout or the API?
The order will most likely go directly to the print queue at one of our printing partners. Unfortunately, they charge handling fees even if the order does not get put to the press. This means that costs are made and that we are not able to cancel the order anymore.
Since your product is being printed only because you ordered it, we are not able to sell it to another customer. Therefore, we cannot issue a refund. Sorry, this is how Print On Demand works.
