When placing an order with us, the price you see at checkout includes the product cost and shipping fees only.
However, depending on your shipping destination, you may be required to pay customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other local charges once your package arrives in your country.
In our experience, it is a rare scenario, but it can happen.
Why do I have to pay extra?
Customs fees are determined by your local government, based on:
The total value of your order
The type of product
Your country’s import regulations
Unfortunately, Peecho has no control over these charges and cannot predict or include them in the checkout price. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery.
What happens if I don’t pay?
If customs fees are not paid, your local postal service or customs authority may hold or return your package.
To avoid surprises, we recommend checking with your local customs office.
