Selling with Peecho's print-on-demand explained

If you don't have your own application with a user base that generates dynamic content, Peecho's dashboard and payment solution can be the right solution for you to start selling. Here is how to do so: first you sign up for an account at www.peecho.com and upload your PDF file. It will turn into a Publication with a series of settings for your offering—product types, sizes, prices, and profit. Then you can start selling your editions through Peecho in two ways.

1. Implementing Peecho's Buy Print button on your website, which will take your customers to Peecho's checkout, where they can complete their purchases.
2. Or by sharing the checkout link directly with your customers.

After your customers complete the purchase on Peecho's checkout, we will take care of the rest: sending the order to the printer and ensuring it will arrive in a timely manner and with great quality to your customers.

Peecho's print-on-demand solutions are free

Peecho's solutions are free, and there is no extra fee to use Peecho's print-on-demand (except for the OneClickLayout solution—Peecho's photo book creator). The costs of Peecho's services are included in the product wholesale price that your customers pay at checkout. If you wish to make a profit from the sales, then you can do that by adding it to the Wholesale price while setting up your publication. When you accumulate €100 in profits or more, you can make a withdrawal request, and we pay you.

Peecho products come at a Wholesale price plus shipping. Shipping prices are not flat. It depends on the weight of the package and the delivery country. In turn, the weight of the package depends on the product type, page count, size, and number of copies. Tax may be included depending on the destination country.

Customer service is also free and is handled by the Peecho Customer Service team directly with customers.

The prices of Peecho's products vary according to the dimensions, style, page count, and shipping destination. You can have a quote for printing and shipping costs using Peecho's online calculator on our Product page. The calculator will automatically calculate the discount applied for 5 copies or more.

Where we print your orders

Peecho is connected to several premium print facilities spread around the world. And we print locally every time it's possible. The location of the production facility depends on the type of product and the shipping address, and it will be determined at the checkout when we receive the shipping details.

Because all products are produced on demand, the turnaround estimate depends on both production time and shipping. Please note that the weekends do not count as business days.

Production estimates:

• Magazines and books take 4-5 business days to manufacture.
• Wall decoration takes 3-5 business days to manufacture.

Shipping estimates:

• Shipping in Western Europe can take 2-7 business days outside of peak seasons.

• Shipping in Eastern Europe and the US can take about 5-7 business days outside of peak seasons.

• In the rest of the world, it may take 10 business days or more.

How we take care of shipping

The printers are responsible for the shipping. They have contracts with shipping companies, and they manage the shipping operations. However, Peecho has an internal Supply Chain team that monitors the shipping service provided by our print facilities. And Peecho's Customer Service team offers free support in case of delivery and production issues.

Most of Peecho's orders are produced and shipped on time. But every now and then, something can go wrong of course, like a broken print machine or delivery errors by the shipping company. But we have it covered! Our in-house Customer Support team comes in handy in this situation. We will assist you and your customers in receiving the purchased product. And we have a Warranty Policy that covers the costs for a free reprint if certain conditions are met.

Preparing your files for a successful print

You don't need to worry about preparing your file for printing, Peecho will do it for you. We will add the bleed and cut marks and the other print requirements based on the printer's request. Peecho integration with other webshops

Unfortunately, we don't have the bandwidth to build a Shopify or Squarespace integration at this point in time. However, you can implement the Peecho’s Buy Print button on your webshop. After your customers click on the Print Button/Print Link, they get directed to the Peecho checkout to fill in their address details and complete the payment. An order will be created and listed under your account on your personal Peecho Dashboard with a detailed status overview, customer details, etc.

Peecho and sustainability

Making a choice for a print-on-demand print solution is already a more sustainable print project as it reduces waste since you don't have an inventory. Peecho's books and magazines are printed by HP Indigo print machine, which uses FSC-certified paper.
