Did you place your order on the Peecho checkout or through our API? We want to provide you with some important information regarding the order process.
Once your order is placed, it typically goes directly to the print queue at one of our trusted printing partners. Unfortunately, there are costs associated with processing the order, even if it doesn't proceed to the printing stage. This means that expenses are involved, and we are unable to cancel the order at that point.
Please note that your product is being prepared specifically for you, based on your order. We cannot sell it to another customer once production begins. Due to the nature of Print On Demand, we are unable to cancel orders and issue a refund in this situation. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but this is how our process works.
