I want to update my file after placing an order. Is it possible?

The majority of the orders we receive go directly to our print partners. We do not proof-read the documents.

After an order is sent to production, files cannot be altered anymore. And since most orders are sent to press directly and automatically, the chances that your order can still be altered are very low. You can always try to email us during business hours but we do not guarantee that we can catch the order before it goes to the press.
