At this moment, you receive an Order Confirmation e-mail, containing the order description, receipt, and a button connected to our AI, to Check your order progress.
2. Production Phase: Typically it takes around 5 days for most products. To learn more about the expected production timeframes for specific products, please check here.
Please note: while we aim to meet these timelines, production times may vary, especially if unexpected issues arise. Rest assured, if there are any delays, we will promptly reach out to you to provide updates.
3. Shipment Preparation: After the production phase is completed, your order is prepared for shipment. This involves packaging and arranging for the carrier to collect it to be sent to your address.
An automated e-mail with the Tracking Link is sent as soon as the order is ready to be shipped.
4. Shipping Time: The expected shipping time varies depending on your location.

5. After delivery:
Did you receive your product and, unfortunately, it is damaged or with production flaws? We apologize for the inconvenience and we are ready to help you out!
Please contact us up to 2 weeks after receiving it and, to assist us in resolving the issue efficiently, you should:

- provide pictures of the package and item with the issues
- provide your order number
- provide the address provided during checkout.
