We frequently receive a specific request that, unfortunately, is quite challenging to accommodate. Due to technical reasons, we are currently unable to combine prints from different PDF files into a single shipment. This is primarily because the books might be printed at various suppliers.
The processing and insertion of each PDF file into our machines have to be handled separately, treating them as distinct orders throughout the entire process, from production to packing and shipping. However, we have been making progress with some of our suppliers, and we expect to introduce this feature across our entire platform in the near future.
We understand that the ability to combine shipments would be convenient, and we are actively working to address this limitation. Your feedback is essential to us, and we value your patience and support as we navigate these technical challenges.
