My order is shipped. Can I still change the delivery address?

It is not possible to make changes to the delivery address after the shipping confirmation has been sent. The confirmation means that the package has received its shipping label and awaits collection by the shipping company. This usually takes place at the end of the working day. The order will soon be in the hands of the carrier and cannot be pulled out of the pallet to change the label anymore.
