Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address after the shipping confirmation has been sent.
Once you receive the shipping confirmation, it means your package has already been assigned a shipping label and is awaiting pickup by the shipping carrier, usually at the end of the working day. At this stage, the parcel is prepared for dispatch and cannot be removed from the shipping queue or have its label updated.
We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking link — some carriers allow limited address updates directly through their platform.
If the tracking shows the order is being returned to the sender, please get in touch with us and confirm your correct address. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
What if my order hasn't shipped yet?
If your order was just placed or is still in production, we may still be able to help. Please reach out to us as soon as possible using the Address Change Request form. Our support team will prioritize your request and do their best to update the delivery address with the printer before the shipment is processed.
