Due to time restrictions, Peecho is not able to check all files that are submitted for printing. This would only delay orders and we know you need your prints on time.
Our Customer Support team performs complimentary checks on orders for more than 15 copies of the same file. We scroll through your file to see if it meets the design requirements that make the file suited for print. We do not focus on the content, layout or resolution. So, Peecho isn’t responsible for checking the resolution of your images. But you can check and adjust your file following our Printing Guidelines to ensure the best result possible.
What do we check for? If we find the margins of your file to be insufficient for a decent print, we will contact you and put the order on hold. We will give you the chance to improve the PDF and send a new version.
Please note that we cannot fix the PDF for you. The material printed via Peecho remains the intellectual property of the publisher (i.e. the owner of the file). If you are unable to send a new file, it's not a problem! We can still print the file as is if you give us permission to do so.
