Most orders ship with a tracking number, but a small number are sent with an untracked shipping method — this is uncommon and applies mainly to magazines. With an untracked shipment there's no tracking number to follow the package on its way to you, so it can't be traced step by step. These orders do still arrive; they just can't be traced. If yours hasn't turned up yet, here's how to find it.
Step 1 — Check your shipping address
Open your order confirmation email and look at the delivery address. Make sure the street, house or apartment number, postal code, city, and country are all correct. If anything is wrong or incomplete, contact our support team as soon as possible so we can help before the package is returned to sender.
Step 2 — Check with your local post office
Untracked packages are often held at your local post office after a failed delivery attempt — for example, if no one was home or the mailbox was too small. Your carrier may have left a card, but not always. It's worth asking your local post office directly whether they're holding a parcel for your name and address.
Step 3 — Allow a little extra time
Untracked deliveries can take longer than the original estimate. Customs clearance on international orders and local postal delays can both add several days. An order is only considered lost once it's more than 14 days past its expected delivery date, so if you're still within that window, we'd recommend waiting a little longer before assuming it won't arrive.
Step 4 — Contact support
If your order is still missing after the steps above, get in touch and we'll investigate for you. To help us find it quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- The shipping address on the order
- The date you placed the order
Once we have these details, we'll look into what happened and let you know the next steps.
